Is this a compliance or bound-book tool?
No — and that's deliberate. This is a customer-communication and workflow tool only. No serial numbers, no transfers, no dispositions, nothing that touches ATF record-keeping. Your bound book stays exactly where it is.
Do my customers need to download anything?
